The Gospel according to the Prophet     Kon-Skrip-Shun

And it came to pass that there was a great call throughout the land, and TOMMI, son of Atkins, having reached the age of manhood was commanded by the high priests to depart out of the house of his Father and make the long journey to a place called KAMP.

When he arrived at KAMP, the servants of the high priests, hereafter called ENCEOS, did seize hold upon him and lead him unto a great temple called STORZ, and there did give unto him a multitude of things. And verily they did issue him with shirts (angora), socks (worsted), boots (ankle), and sundry other raiments. And an ENCEO did say' unto him, "Take these things and wear them henceforth, for they are in thy charge and will be called KIT. For these items thou hast signed, yea, even on thy ELEVEN-FIFTY-SEVEN".
And verily it came to pass that in the middle of the first night, when it was still yet dark, there arose a great noise, and it was the sound of a great trumpet, and straightaway did TOMMI awake and also all those that dwelt with him in KAMP. And they were commanded by the NCEOS, "Wakie-Wakie, put thy feet on the deck", by which they meant to say, "Arise, for morning is nigh". And they did come unto a great place called JIMM, wherein resided a strange Prophet called PEE-TEE-EYE.
And it came to pass that PEE-TEE-EYE commanded TOMMI and all that were his brethren, and he called on them to SHUN! which they did. And PEE-TEE-EYE was exceeding cruel unto them, saying again and again, "Run, jump, press-up, run, jump, press-up", and so it was that they ran and touched all four sides of JIMM, and right smart it was that they did so.
When they had partaken of their morning repast, they were taken by the ENCEOS to the Holy Place called SKWARE, and then did come unto them the high priest called AR-ESSEMM, who bid them to MARCH, which they did, and it was right smart that they did so. And so it was that AR-ESSEMM did weep verily and beat his breast and yell, "Shower!". And not withstanding this, ere the four-and-twenty moons did wax and wane they did answer the call of the God SYNON. and some did enter into his great service.
But TOMMI returned to the land of his Fathers, where no longer did the trumpet sound during the time of his slumbers, and he did not turn out 100 percent in EFFESSEMMO or BEE DEE and verily, small was his sorrow thereat.
